What it does
Protein supports normal bodily function, muscle recovery and growth.  Adequate protein intake allows our bodies to put together the structures that make up every cell, tissue, and organ, as well as generate the biochemical substances needed for cardiovascular function, muscle contraction, growth, and healing.

This product also contains the digestive enzymes amylase, protease, cellulase, lactase and lipase, a full spectrum of digestive enzymes to aid in digestion and breakdown food into nutrients our bodies can absorb.

Direction For Use
Shake 2 scoops with 8-12oz of water or plant-based milk.  Try blending with a banana and frozen berries for a mid-afternoon smoothie, or add a scoop to your favorite baked goods for a delicious high-protein snack.
