Delivery Policy
At NATURELOVA, there is no minimum spend to enjoy FREE delivery within Singapore and Malaysia. Your orders will be delivered via Singapore Post or other local logistic partners and tracking will be provided.
As for addresses outside of Singapore and Malaysia, you will be glad to know that delivery is FREE too for orders above SGD60! You may also opt to expedite delivery with a priority shipping.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging with seals intact.
Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please contact us to receive a return authorisation and the return delivery address.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. Refunds are automatically applied to your original method of payment
