Protein Yoghurt Bowl

Breakfast

Serving Size - 1 serving 

Preparation Time - 10 minutes

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup greek or coconut yoghurt 
  • 1 teaspoon Raw Protein Slim & Tone Chocolate Caramel 
  • ¾ cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries) 
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 2 teaspoons nuts
  • Raw dessert on top (optional)

Direction

1. Combine yoghurt and protein powder, mix well and create the base on your bowl 

2. Top with berries, granola, nuts and raw Caramel slices.

Green Goddess Salad Dressing


Lunch & Dinner

Serving Size - 6 Servings

Ingredients

Salad Dressing 

  • ¼ cup olive oil 
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic - 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1 cup spinach 
  • 1 teaspoon Amazonia Raw Nutrients Greens
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast 
  • ¼ cup cashews 
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Salad ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped iceberg lettuce and shredded cabbage
  • Vegetables of choice

Direction

1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Pulse for 1-2 minutes, retaining a slightly chunky texture. 

2. Mix through lettuce, cabbage and veggies of choice 

3. Serve as a fragrant side salad 

Baked Lemon Pudding

Dessert

Serving Size - 4 servings 

Preparation Time - 15 minutes

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup melted coconut butter 
  • 4 teaspoon lemon zest 
  • 1/3 cup raw sugar (or coconut sugar) 
  • 3 organic eggs, separated 
  • ¼ cup self-raising flour 
  • 1 teaspoon raw wholefood extracts of vitamin C+ 
  • 1 ¼ cup oat milk 
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice 
  • Desiccated coconut to sprinkle on top 
  • Coconut yoghurt to serve

Direction

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees c. 

2. Combine coconut butter, lemon zest, and sugar in a mixing bowl, and mix well. 

3. Gradually add egg yolks and mix until creamy. Next, add flour, vitamin c powder, oat milk, and lemon juice. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. 

4. Whisk egg whites until firm peaks form, and then slowly add to the lemon mixture. 

5. Pour into ramekins 

6. Fill a casserole tray with water and place ramekins in the water. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until lightly golden on top 

7. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut and serve whilst hot.

Sticky Date Cake

Dessert

Serving Size - 10 Servings 

Preparation Time - 30 Minutes

Ingredient 

  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates 
  • 1 cup water 
  • 1 teaspoon bicarb soda 
  • 1 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour 
  • 2 teaspoons Raw Protein Paleo Fermented Salted Caramel 
  • ½ cup coconut butter melted 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup 
  • 3 tea spoon hulled tahani Salted caramel sauce 
  • ½ cup coconut sugar 
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk 
  • 1 teaspoon hulled tahini 
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Direction

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees c. 

2. Combine Medjool dates, water and bicarb sofa in a shallow saucepan. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for 5-10 minutes. Set aside for 10 minutes or until slightly cooled. 

3. Mix flour, protein, and baking powder in a mixing bowl. 

4. Create a well in the centre and add eggs, vanilla, maple syrup and tahini. Mix well. Add date mixture, and stir through. 

5. Spoon mixture into a greased and lined cake tin and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until risen and cooked through. 

6. Whilst it’s baking, prepare the caramel source. Place coconut sugar in a saucepan and heat for 1 minute. Add coconut milk, tahini and sea salt, stir and boil. 

7. Reduce to simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the sauce has thickened. Allow to cool slightly. 8. Pour caramel on the pudding and serve warm with dairy-free ice cream (optional).
