Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

For any reasons you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unopened items in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will process your refund within 30 working days after we have received the returned goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. For international order, please email info@naturelova.com to get a more accurate quotation for shipment.

Local delivery within Singapore is free above S$100 nett purchase in a single order. For purchases below S$100, a S$5 delivery charge will be incurred.
